White label solutions - what happens when you've got a great solution that has the potential to be used by many others

We’re in the day where companies are growing more and more reluctant to build custom projects from the ground up, they are more likely to lean on what others in their space have used successfully. This is the case when building this app, say for example that you have an ISP and you’re constantly having to assign work Items to your field service agents, you need a way to tell that the job they’ve been assigned has been completed among many other things. You’ll also not be keen to build your own field service app which would be powered by some backend, including scheduling, round robin assignment, workforce management and much more, in reality it would take you many moons to get a basic version of this up and running.
